Just went for the Big Bad Wolf Book Sale. Its better than MPH or Borders book sale, I can tell you.
THERE'S BOOKS FOR FREAKING 8 RINGGIT! AND THEY'RE THICK AS DICTIONARIES!!!!
Aahhh, heaven. I now have three beautiful magazines FULL of fashion (INDULGEINDULGE), Harper's Bazaar, 10 and Dazed and Confused. It's insaaaaaane. <3 10 is as think as my i-D magazine, which is SUPER THICK, and heavy too, you can ask Michi.
Oh. And Harper's Bazaar is el-brillianto (its not real, I know, whatever).
I mean, who, WHO would have though of having an AMAZING-ly unbelievable SWIMWEAR fashion spread in the DESERT.

Anyway. I now have a book on rewritten British folklore. They all contain some form of water in them, mostly the sea.
It's quite beautiful.

I've also got a psychological thriller, fiction about lycans (werewolves) and a child psychological book. I don't know what to call that. o.o

I haven't been on in a while, been too busy studying / sleeping. LOL. I swear, exams are the best times to sleep, especially if its some easy paper, and you finish it in fifteen minute to half an hour, and you still have at least half an hour to sleep. Aaaaaah.. Bliss.

Anyway, I don't have much to say, seeing as to how boring my life is. XD It's hot now, and I'm craving sleep, banana bombs and ice cream.

Anyway, I've screwed up my Math test today. D: I couldn't sleep last night because of the heat, and I was so damn cranky this morning. I was okay at the beginning of my BM paper, but I was getting to the Novel part, and I couldn't keep my eyes open anymore, so I hantam'd whatever I knew and SLEPT.

It wasn't enough, evidently!!

I made like, THREE stupid small errors, I forgot how to do trigonometry (Though I may still get half a mark if I'm lucky) and I feel so bloody stupid!!!

Really!!
Like, if you see all the Facebook quizzes about anything to do with Asians, it's always got a photo of a Chinese person (My most recent quiz had a photo of a very old, wrinkly, cranky looking Chinese woman XD), or traits of kiasu Chinese people. XD

Right. I can barely stay awake through a 2 hour one, and you expect me to go for a 10 hour one? Thanks, but no thanks.

Anyway, on to the post about Death and Ghosts! Or NST'S very own D&G, as I like to call it XD
It was really good! All that work definitely paid off. Everyone said that the deco was really good and looked professional and stuff, but I swear, you guys should have seen it when all the light were on. Tze Quan and I were so depressed!! It looked pathetic. D: But then we turned off the house lights and turned on the coloured lights and it looked GOOD, so that was okay. (: Tze Quan and I spent quite a while putting bubble wrap under the black cloth aisle, which was kind of WASTED, because they opened the OTHER doors, instead of the ones where the black cloth started. Pfft!! It was supposed to have this bones-cracking effect when the people stepped on them. It actually really worked, we tested it out a bit before and was GOOD, but then wasted.
ON THE OTHER HAND, I put out 135 chairs, and there weren't enough chairs. INSANITY!! We didn't expect SOO many people to come, and I think almost 200 people turned up. Already our sanctuary shrank because of the murder scene, LAGI that many people showed up. It was pretty insane, but praise God! ^^ Ps. Dan was so happy.
Krystal, Mallini and Carima came, yay!! Zi Lynn didn't make it ): Neither did Arleena, Debbie and Mishi.

Anyhoo, it went really well, though I came home kind of spooked. I went to sleep and woke up at 2am feeling EXTREMELY creeped out, but I sang a song and eventually got back to sleep at 3am. Sara happily slept like a log, I'm so jealous. D:
So all in all, despite everything that happened, I had a pretty good week last week, Though I'm really glad it's over.

Soo last night was probably one of the worst nights of my life so far. I know this sounds super dramatic, but in a way, it was kind of life changing.
Last night I lost a friend.
She's not dead.
But she seems to be. I don't know her anymore.
I'm probably dead to her too.
I didn't understand how she could sit there stony faced when we were "talking". She was doing most of the talking, but's that's never been different. I was blubbing (I do that alot ;p) and I knew I would. I didn't know how she couldn't understand how I felt. It kind of struck me that probably she didn't care anymore. It hurts.
But I've accepted that she's moved on from me. That's okay.
I still love her, and I'll still always support her. It's gonna be WEIRD from now on, but I think it'll be okay.
This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. So far in my life, anyway.
I can only hope for the best for her in her own life. In the meantime, I have to get on with my own.

I need you guys. And I need you to do me a favor.
Don't ask me if I'm okay about it, because I won't be for a while. Treat me like you would normally, I would appreciate that. If I want to tell you about it, I will. If I don't, then I don't.

So I'm pretty sure I failed the No Cussing challenge. I was doing okay till Khai's birthday party. We played a very intense game of Taboo and all the swear words came out XDD
I guess it's pretty funny, but in retrospect, I feel pretty bad about it. PLUS, I was reading my Bible last night (FINALLEHHHH~) and a verse kind of got me. This is in the Message version :

You say, "If someone makes a promise with his fingers crossed, that's nothing ; but if he swears with his hand on the Bible, that's serious." What ignorance! Does the leather on the Bible carry more weight than the skin on your hands? So yeah, I think you can guess why I feel bad about failing the challenge. I was quite gung ho about it, I really thought I could do it. It's SO hard! I didn't think it'd be that hard, but it really was.
I feel bad coz I not only broke the promise I made to myself, but to God as well. I guess I didn't realise that He was "present, watching and holding [me] to account regardless."

I think like this alot. If you make a promise to God, it's like, ULTIMATE seriousness, and promises to anyone or anything else doesn't hold as much weight. This verse kind of woke me up and made me say, you know what, every promise made is important, whether it's that you'll finish your homework, or that you'll call someone after tuition or that you'll listen to a song someone sent to you.

I don't know if I'll try the challenge again, I might. I'm not so sure yet. :/

I had quite alot of fun. We watched Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist, which is one of the most adorable shows I have EVER seen. Michael Cera is the cutest geek ever.

Then we went outside and took a few photographs while Nessa held the umbrella for me and then it started getting harder, so we went and sat outside talking and enjoying the wind. It was really nice. (:
Anyway.
I finally know how to resize photos!! :D
Yes, I am THAT jakun, I had ZERO idea on how to do anything to my photos until Azrina taught me the simplest editing tool : Microsoft Office.

HAHAHAHAHAHA.
So I am now able to adjust brightness, contrast and midtones. As well as crop, which I could already do because my camera has a trim option, and resize my photos. ^^
I'm so proud of myself. WAH!

SOOOOOOOOO Hanrick's birthday was quite a blast. ;p I went to Leo's house first to do our present. We got Hanrick a pair of cheapo drumsticks and we drew all over them.
I actually thogught that Leo's was nicer, but like the amount of people who liked mine more was 5 to 1, so LOL. -bragbrag- Don't worry, Leo, I still love yah. ^^ We did an AWESOME job.
Spent dinner with Nicole Tan, Zen, Leo, Kieran, Mel and Sara. It was so funny, we started talking about music at first, all the unknown bands like Coheed and Cambria, Cinematis Sunrise and stuff like that. Then for some WEIRD reason, we moved on to singing old cartoon songs. It was so funny! We did the really kiddy songs, like ones from Stanley and Roly Poly Olie to the older ones like The Addams Family and "John Jacob Jingle Heimer Schmit" in Recess.

SO random. Sigh. ;p
Then Leo, Nicole Tan, Sara and me went swimming. The pool was RIDICULOUSLY cold. ;p We wanted to try pulling Zen in but tak jadi coz he kept running away. XD

Lol, so exams have started and thank GOD that Ekons and Sejarah and Math 2 are OVERRR. Gosh. Killer subjects.
I hate Ekons lah. I know it's "good for me" and will "help me in the future", but I just don't GET it. Get what I mean?
I can TRY to be interested in it, but I'm just NOT. I pay attention in class, I really do try, but everything just flies over my head. It's like, my brain processes that Ekons is coming up soon and immediately goes into Standby mode. YEESH.
